Felicia Logan

Felicia Logan is the former Director of Leadership Development for the International City/County Management Association.  Her primary role was to develop leadership activities specifically for ICMA members from the most senior credentialed managers to the emerging leaders and others. She also played a key role in developing ICMA, Kettering, NCL Leadership Development Institutes and working with the ICMA Race, Equity, and Social Justice team She is an adjunct faculty member to the University of Virginia Senior Executive Institute and LEAD programs and has expertise in strengths-based leadership development for individuals, organizations and teams. Felicia is a master facilitator and executive coach who has a passion for unpacking the old to prepare for the now and the new. She lives in Richmond, VA with her Husband, Mark, who is a nationally ranked Epee fencer and coach. Felicia enjoys planting, reading, listening to audio books and running with her sisters of the heart.
