C. Seth Sumner | Cooper Center

C. Seth Sumner is currently on staff with the City of Cleveland, Tennessee. He previously served as City Manager of his hometown, Athens; as Assistant City Manager of Savannah; and as City Manager of Clifton. He completed the Senior Exectutive Institute with his Leadership-ICMA class in 2012. Seth is an engaged citizen working to improve the lives of others.
