SolSmart

Virginia SolSmart is a no-cost, solar technical assistance program offered to local governments across the state. SolSmart is a national program funded by the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office,  led by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), and delivered locally by Virginia Energy, Weldon Cooper Center, and World Resources Institute (WRI).
